Andy McIndoe – Beautiful Bulbs

Our first talk of Autumn will definitely help with planning, but for spring rather than summer. Andy McIndoe will join us on Wednesday, 16th September, to talk to us on Beautiful Bulbs: Spring bulbs for pots, naturalising and to add colour to beds and borders.

Andy McIndoe BSc. Hons. Hort. is a freelance garden consultant and a Gold Medal-winning designer, with over 45 years’ experience in horticulture. In 2017, he was awarded the RHS Veitch Memorial Medal in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the science and practice of horticulture.

Following a long career with Hillier Nurseries, Andy now works independently, planning and planting gardens of all sizes. He and his wife have a 2.5 acre garden, Sandhill Farm near Romsey, Hampshire, where they welcome visitors by appointment. More information on Andy can be found here.
